Day 2: Mission, Vision, and Values + Branding

Day 2 dives into the core of your business identity with the setup of your Mission and Values and Branding tabs. You'll articulate what your business stands for and visually define your brand within the dashboard. This includes detailing your mission statement, vision, core values, and incorporating your branding elements like logos and color schemes. By day's end, your dashboard will not only function efficiently but also reflect the essence of your brand.

Day 3: Offers and Services

On Day 3, we focus on clearly outlining your offers and services within the dashboard. You’ll organize your various offerings, making it easy to access and update service descriptions, links, and any associated materials or coupon codes. This organization is key to managing your offerings more effectively and providing quick access to essential information about your products or services.

Day 4: Marketing + Affiliates + Course Purchase Library + SOPs

Day 4 is all about expanding your dashboard’s functionality by adding Marketing, Affiliate, Course Tracking, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) tabs. You'll learn how to track your marketing efforts, manage affiliate links, keep tabs on course enrollments or purchases, and document your SOPs for streamlined operations. These additions will transform your dashboard into a comprehensive business management tool.

Day 5: Customizing Your Dashboard + Now What?

On the final day, we'll focus on customizing your dashboard to suit your unique business needs and planning for next steps. You'll receive guidance on personalizing the layout, adding or modifying tabs, and integrating additional tools or resources. By the end of today, you'll have a fully customized Go-To Dashboard and a clear vision for leveraging it to achieve ongoing business success.
